Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of recurrent boils my treatment advice is-
1. Don't squeeze the lesions it will worsen the condition.
2. Use a potassium permanganate powder in water in dilution of 1:10000 for bathing.
3. Apply a higher antibiotic cream like mupirocin twice daily.
4. For recurrent lesions oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, rifampicin, clindamycin can be taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
