Hello,

Your husbands hands gets filled with fluid filled blisters. It is happening since 3-4 months. His symptoms may be indicative of dyshidrosis, a skin condition that causes small, fluid-filled blisters to form on the palms of the hands and sides of the fingers. He should keep his hands clean and take care of his hygiene.

Applying corticosteroid creams (hydrocortisone) and ointments may help speed the disappearance of the blisters. Moist compresses after the application of a corticosteroid cream / ointment will enhance the absorption of the medication.

He should get clinically examined by a Dermatologist if the blisters continue to come. He may need treatment by phototherapy. In the meantime, he should avoid scratching the affected area. Taking antihistamine is helpful as it helps relieve itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
