General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should consult your cardiologist to get another pill despite adalat and atacand. You can use adalat at the moment when the BP rises up but you may use diuretics such hydrochlorothiazide to maintain it in normal range.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
