What Causes Fluctuating Heart Pulse Rate?

Before sleep, my blood pressure is 78-125 and my pulse is 112. I am worried about my pulse. Is this normal or high. Usually before sleep my pulse fluctuates between 105-115. But on early morning at empty stomach the pulse is 75-80. What s the reason? Pls direct me. Should I worry?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Pulse rate fluctuates during the day as a normal variation. Just before going to sleep Since it is the end of a long day ur pulse rate would be higher. When you sleep the body enters a state of relaxation and hence ur pulse rate decreases. So in the morning it is lower.
You are fine from what you have described but if you are worried then you might want to get a EKG/ECG to check your heart function.

Thank you for your query
