What Causes Fluctuating Body Temperature With Low Appetite?

I have no appetite, I am constantly tired, My temperature fluctuates between a normal 98.6 and 102°. When I do eat is when it tends to spike and my extremities feel cold. I bundle up in bed to the point of sweating and my temperature drops. But I still feel very tired and disconnected. I can breathe normally but if I take a deep breathe I feel a rasp and cough.

I am 35 years old and weigh approx 290 lbs this is the first time I have ever felt any thing like this. I usually get the Flu once every couple years around Christmas. In fact I had it just this last new Years. I live in Texas but I just spent a month in Vancouver helping my mother with a broken Ankle so I took a few trips to the hospital. While there I was sleeping on an air mattress and the room would be warm at night but cold in the morning. My symptoms started a day before I left and then my trip home was not stellar haveing delays that caused me to sleep on the floor at the airport twice for about 3-4 Hrs each time. their was also a lack of food that did not bother me much as I had no appetite anyways. in the two days it took me to get home I had 4 12oz servings of Gingerale a 1/4 of a ham sandwich and a medium sized fruit bowl. since I have been home for the last two days I have managed to eat half a top ramin noodle bowl five pieces of cold cut turkey a Chicken Breast and a small bowl of stuffing. I have been drinking plenty of liquids and my stomach has begun talking to me again. I am slowly eating more but every time I do Like I said before my temperature spikes.
