What Causes Fluctuating Blood Pressure Levels?

My blood pressure has been high since I was taken off my blood pressure med two weeks ago when I went to emergency for low pressure I have a assending aorta in my chest and have to keep my blood pressure on point I have been scared because my readings have been average 154 over 101 pause 85 it was much lower when on 25 mg hydrocothorizine I started my med back 3 days ago on the advice of a urgent care doctor I have seen a few times what do you think about this issue
