What Causes Fluctuating BP Levels?

I had the epley manouever don yesterday and my blood pressure at night was 177/111 this morning it was 159/95. And now sitting was 105/101. I am seeing a doctor Wednesday. Am I ok. Have taken and baby aspirin this morning and last night. I exercise regularly
