Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms fluctuating BP along with ringing in ears and headaches which are pointing towards middle ear infection . The ringing in ear is called tinnitus. Middle ear infection can occur due to many reasons like infection of upper respiratory tract through Eustachian tube. Vomiting and dizziness are called vertigo which occur due to disturbance of vestibulocochlear nerve because of infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist for proper examination and to rule out cause like local increase in blood pressure and treatment . Doctor may confirm diagnosis with the help of otoscopy and tympanometry and physical examination. He/she may prescribe antibiotics course ,painkillers and ginkgo biloba supplement .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
