I am just not myself lately. I been doing things that s just not like me. My head feels funny sometimes like its floating. I catch myself just not paying attention to the present and I forget something or lose something in 2 or 3 minutes then totally forget.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety. There is no neurological disorder which can cause similar symptoms in such a short time. Anxiety could explain all this clinical scenario. Coming to this point, I would recommend you to close your eyes and take some deep breaths for some minutes. It will help you feel better and concentrate on what you are doing. A tablet of Alprazolam 0.25mg would also help. I would also recommend avoiding taking coffee or caffeine drinks.

Hope you will find this answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best wishes,
Dr. Aida
