What Causes Flaky Skin Under The Eyes Along With Puffiness?
The skin around my eyes is a little flakey. Whenever I put something on it like moisturizer, it tends to sting. There is also a bit of redness and dark color under and at the side of my eyes along with puffiness. So without said my question is, should I be worried? What s the cause? Is there anything I can do to fix this?
