What Causes Flaky Skin On Penis Along With Burning Sensation?
Hello I am African American and have dark skin on my penis. There is a flakey scaly like texture to my penis and has a burning sensation. On the base of my penis there are small light colored spots. These spots then expands from the base to the bottom side of my shaft please tell me what you think?
