What Causes Flabbiness Even When There Is No Change In Weight?

I started dieting in mid June of this year, cutting my calories from 4500 a day to 1700, and I lost 15 pounds by the end of July, however, I've maintained that weight since by sticking to the limited calories to prevent my overeating. In recent weeks, despite not gaining or losing any weight, I feel and look like I'm getting noticeably flabbier, or fatter, and I can't seem to explain it. What could be causing this unexpected change?

Dear thanks for the question

I share your concerns. Flabby skin is a common problem after weight loss. Subcutaneous fat (immediately below the skin) is first to go away,. Subcutaneous fat keeps skin in some shape. If I were your family doctor I would have advised you to lose weight by physical activities along with little cut on your calories as you had to lose only 15 pounds.

However now you can start mornings exercises like walking/jogging/running, stretching, muscle toning exercises, yoga, dancing along with increase in protein intake (egg, milk products, meat) to come back to previous state.

I hope i have clarified your queries. Do write for follow up queries. Please rate my reply. I wish you healthy and fitter body. Thank you.
