General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fishy odor of the urine is mostly due to bacterial infection. Since you are pregnant, you should take antibiotics for the same. Consult your physician for the same and get prescribed some antibiotics for your complaints. Urinary tract infection during pregnancy may induce premature delivery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pradeepraj, General & Family Physician
