What Causes Fever Followed By Vomiting And Body Ache?
Hi, 2 days ago i ran a fever and threw up 3 times that day and my neck and body were sore. I also experienced watery diarrhea that day. Yesterday, my stomach was still crampy and my body was still achey. Today, i felt fine other than a gurgley stomach but I just threw up again. It seems that everything i eat comes back up. My stomach keeps making awful noises. I got an IUD inserted a week ago. What could this be?

This is most likely food poisoning or severe gastritis or acute infection like malaria.
Due to vomiting and fever need to visit hospital.
Antiemetics and analgesics
Then do investigation
Full haemogram for infection
Stool ova and cyst/ occult blood
Urinalysis
Malaria parasites depends where you are from tropics
