What Causes Fever, Chills And Abdominal Cramp?

I have had lower abdominal cramping with occasional fever and chills and mild nauseau. In the late afternoon I ache all over and have to lay down. Asprin reduces the pain but it does not go away. Do I need to see a doctor or can this be treated at home.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the pain is severe, it is best to see your doctor for an assessment to rule out a surgical cause for the pain.

It is only possible to determine if it is surgical by a thorough history and physical examination of the abdomen.

It would be best to be seen.

I hope this helps
