What Causes Fever And Dry Cough Along With Leg Cramps?
Hi! I have a 5 year old son who is having fever and dry cough. Then the next day, he complained of leg cramps in both legs and couldn t walk without raising his heels off from the floor. He is taking cefixime, ambroxol HCl and paracetamol. What could be causing his leg cramps? Thanks

By your history and description, the possibility of viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) is more likely. But better to get done chest X-ray to rule out lung infection.
