What Causes Fever And Body Aches?

Hi I am from singapore, a tropical country, last night as I was sleeping I believe i caught a fever.... This morning when i woke up, I had body aches all over with a fever. I do not have coughs or stuffy or runny nose. What could it be? Please help. Thank you in advance Nik kiong

Well come to HCM
Chances of viral fiver may be likely initially this can be managed with any antipyretic medicine and the best would be Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed, if this is viral fiver then this could take 4 to 5 days to come around, if symptoms does not improved in this time period then this need to be investigated, take care.
