What Causes Fever And Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

Kacey 5yrs old has pain on right side. A visit to Kinder Mender facility last evening she express that we should watch for pain in her right side. She had a fever 103.7 last evening vomiting mostly mucus. Today she seems fine but complaining about right pain this evening. She wak and jump up and down. Fever is 100.5 to 100.7 under the arm. Diet has been very light rice, gingeraile, sprite. And two gingerbread cookies today. So chills also otherwise she is fine.
