What Causes Feeling Of Swelling In Limbs?

Hello there, I am a 43 y old , healthy, athletic woman. In the past 2 months I have been having a sensation in the feet/lower legs and hands, feels vascular almost swollen but no visable signs of swelling? slight pain, numbing feeling. it does nt seem to be brought on by anything in particular, I can wake up feeling this. I have family history of blood clotting and hemochromatosis. Would these symptoms be assossiated with the possibility of either? Thank you

kindly rule out diabetes or any other metabolic disorder.
Multivitamin tablet 1 OD X 10 days should help you.
