HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may be experiencing symptoms of reflux.

Reflux is a common issue in pregnancy. It can be associated with regurgitation of food, vomiting, feeling as though food is stuck, coughing.

Since you are in the first trimester, you may not have many options in terms of medication but you may want to consider speaking to your doctor.

You may want to introduce the lifestyle changes for reflux.
This includes:(1) smaller meals more frequently instead of large meals,
(2)avoiding spicy/acidic/fatty foods
(3)waiting 2 hours after eating before laying down

I hope this helps
