What Causes Feeling Of Having Lumps Around The Neck And In Throat?

Hi, Feel lumps around my neck for the past 2 months. Feel like there is a lump in my throat when swallowing. Ulcers in my mouth. Body is in muscular pain. Have see a GP 4 times. Tongue muscles feel weird. I m anxious and don t know what else to do?

Read your query as you feel lump in neck region and mouth ulcers with muscular pain this can be due to strep throat or viral infection . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for examination of throat and to evaluate proper diagnosis .

Inmeantime do warm saline rinses , you can take medicine like Allegra and Azithromycin with vitamin B complex by consulting with local doctor .
