General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This blockage feeling could be either due to some throat irritation or esophagitis which could also be the reason for your nausea or vomiting just after eating.

However, this type of feeling could also be temporary and may get subsided by itself without any treatment.

If not, then i would advice you to see ENT specialist who will examine you thoroughly with some relevant investigations like pharyngoscopy to detect the underlying cause.

Meanwhile, you can take symptomatic treatment like anti-emetics (domstal) or antihistamines (levocetrizine) available over the counter.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
