General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
Fatty liver disease occurs when fat builds up in the liver, which can be caused by excessive alcohol consumption, obesity, and high insulin levels. Cellulitis is a skin infection that can occur anywhere on the body and is caused by bacteria entering the skin through a cut or break.
To help manage these conditions, it's recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and regular physical activity. Reducing or avoiding alcohol and maintaining a healthy weight can also benefit fatty liver disease. Treatment for cellulitis may include antibiotics, wound care, and keeping the affected area elevated.
It's also essential to speak with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment options, as cellulitis can be severe and may require prompt medical attention.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
