General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fatigue with chronic shooting pain in the back, chest and the arms are commonly due to Gastritis, Acid Reflux, GERD. You can take antacids & PPI's for relieve.

However, developing coronary artery disease can cause such symptoms. You are suggested to visit a GP, get clinically assessed. Get CBC, Urinalysis, X-Ray, Lipid function tests, ECG, Stress test, etc done to detect any developing CAD.

Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Heart problems may cause fatigue. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Exercise & stay away from oily junk food & addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
