Hello,

You have symptoms of fatigue while suffering from a tooth infection which seems to be due to pericoronitis, tooth abscess, infection of overlying gum, food lodgement and pressure building and could be due to cyst around the affected tooth.

Need not to worry. You should take the proper course of antibiotics to subside infection. Do warm saline rinses, antibiotic gargles and if still, your pain is there, you should go to the dentist for a cleaning (scaling) around that particular area and if recommended by dentist and pain is getting worse you should go for extraction of wisdom tooth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
