What Causes Fatigue While On Warfarin?

i had some dental work done this week, I m on Warfarin for an artificial valve in my heart. I lowered my INR down to 250, but still lost a lot of blood, im feeling shaky and tired, was wondering if it was due to blood loss. The reason I ask Is theye wanting me to come back in Wednesday to pull all my top teeth.

Hi;

Before minor/major operations and dental procedures, your INR levels must be below 1.5 due to risk of prolonged/excessive bleeding. Under your doctor's supervision, Warfarin must be ceased 3 days before procedure and Clexane shots must be initiated twice a day. Your last Clexane shot must be at least 12 hours before the procedure. At least 12-18 hours after dental work, Clexane must be administered for preventing clot forming. After recovery, Warfarin must be initiated again; but Clexane shots must not be ceased before your INR levels exceed 2.5 or more.

All of these suggestions must be under your doctor's supervision.

May you recover soon
