General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is always advisable to go for a home pregnancy test if you've had an unprotected test and your periods are overdue.

If your pregnancy test is negative and you still feel fatigue, then you should consult your doctor as there might be different reasons such as anaemia for your fatigue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
