What Causes Fatigue, Muscle Aches And Headaches After Starting Escitalopram Sandoz?
i have been switched to sandoz escitalopram from Cipralex. i have been on 10mg Cipralex for 5 years with no notable side affects. I ve been on Sandoz generic for 4 days & have side effects; fatigue,muscle aches, runny nose,headache. These started on the second day Is that just from a new formula or something else? YYYY@YYYY

I understand your concern. see the symptoms you have mentioned above are some side effects of escitalopram. your doctor might have probably increased the dosage of your drug too and you are having problem adjusting to the higher dosage. i would ask you to stop taking the drug for now and consult your doctor at your earliest. he might change the dose back to before or provide some other medications.
