What Causes Fatigue, Lightheadedness And Vomiting While Having Leg Ulcers?
My friend (really) has an open wound on her leg and for the last few days has experienced fatigue, light headedness and vomited in the afternoon two days last week. She keeps resisting going to urgent care. Her husband and I are very concerned and need guidance. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if this the history of some open wound then infection need to be ruled out symptoms could be due to that only, care need to be taken for wound septic hope this information helps.
