What Causes Fatigue, Dizziness And Fainting?

Although my last Echo fraction was 50- I have bradycardia -(pulse 42)-cardiomyopathy,congestive heart failure-left bundle bloc. (diagnosed 10 years ago.) Experiencing fatigue, dizziness, slow faint irregular pulse. Am I possibly ready for the pacemaker route? They had said it was something I would probably need to eventually consider.

Hi..welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Bradyarrhythmias.Yes you may need a Pacemaker insertion.Get investigations like ECG,2 D Echo, lipid profile, chest x ray, complete blood picture as a part of routine check up.Drugs like Digoxin,Anti platelets,Lipid lowering drugs,Anti hypertensive medication will be helpful in your case. Before pacemaker insertion, you should get an Coronary angiogram to look for any blocks in the heart.Report to your doctor immediately if you have symptoms like Dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain etc.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
