What Causes Fatigue And Mood Swings After A Facet Procedure On Cervical Spine?

my Mom is 91 and has had a series of 2 facet joint procedures on her cervical spine recently . she is having unusual responses like a sudden slumping and fatigue with some mood and personality changes. these have manifest just since about 2 weeks now since the facet procedures. Usually she is focused and chipper only having to deal with arthritis pain and such. I would like to cleanse her of any residue from the steroids used or any suggestion you might offer.. please if you can help me.
