60y/o c male no Hx of cardiac other than mild arrhythmia; symptoms are: sudden onset of generalized weakness/fatigue trembling hands . A feeling as if I stood up to fast but continuous for the past hour or so. BP at onset was 136/82, P72; x3min:128/78 P68; resp appropriate for both with good recovery; cardio seems norm and appropriate; vision unaffected ;speech unaffected; manual dexterity depressed by weak feeling, . Not dehydrated, sympt. not responsive to sugar intake, resting doesn't help weakness feeling (almost a dizzy feeling). Hx hyperthyroid, but been well controlled w meds; non-persistent arrhythmia caused by HprThd, controlled w meds.
