What Causes Fatigue And Frequent Migraines?

Hi. I have a bit of concern for myself with my overall health. For about a month I have felt very tired. I am bruising easily and my migraines are dibilitating. Today I woke up and my face hurts. Near my jaw, eyes cheek bones and all around my neck. Its tender to the touch and it really hurts. I m 27, in otherwise good health and I am not pregnant. I do not smoke and I drink occasionally.

Hi,

I think you would benefit from a good physical examination with a solid Generalist or Internist in order to put together the easy bruising to the facial pain and of course, severe headaches.

It could also be that the severe headaches themselves could be causing you to have more sensitive trigger areas of the face and jaw resulting in pain to the touch which normally may not be present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi,
Neurologist
