What Causes Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness While On Wellbutrin And Propranolol?

2 weeks ago, I went from 80 to 60 mg propranolol (for migraines). It is very hot and humid where I live. I am an 18 year old female. I take wellbutrin for depression. Today, I am so fatigued that I was asleep all day until 4:00 pm, and I couldn t stay awake for more than 2 hours at a time without feeling extremely weak and almost fainting. I was fatigued (but not this much) for a few days before this. What is happening, and what can I do about it?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

When it comes to habits the onus of change lies on the person who have the habit. As I see no details other than sleeping habit during day I think you need to make necessary changes to have better sleep pattern.

The first and foremost among the changes is following sleep hygiene. The second is engaging in one or another work. Third, sleeping on time and regularly exercising.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
