What Causes Fatigue Along With Sore Throat And Cold Sensation In Hands And Feet?
My symptoms for the last 4 months have been fatigue, sore throat, swollen throat glands (no spots), extremely cold hands and feet. I went to an urgent care and have been taking penicillin for a week and still taking the antibiotic. I was feeling better and glands were not as swollen. A week later from taking the medication, glands are swollen and feel fatgued again.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the infection then no need to have any antibiotic because it wont work in this situation, and in my opinion this is not the infective condition but could be some nonspecific condition may not be having any significant reason and this would be fine soon, just try to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care.
