What Causes Fatigue Along With Muscle Ache And Low Grade Fever?
+++HELLO DOCTOR, I am 74 years old male Asian healthy and active in some ways. Since three days ago I have body malaise and muscle aches on bilateral upper extremities. In the afternoon I have low grade fever 0f 100.7 to 101.2 My wife gave me two Tylenol 325 mgs. regular strength, liquid gel. My fever went down and feel good in the morning. In the afternoon again same symptoms and feverish again Do I have UTI. My urination is not much as usual even though and I taking my BP medications. There is little burning on urination. Hi,
Since you have pain during urination and fever and also trouble urinating this may be a sign of urinary tract infection. Muscle ache and fatigue may also come from it.
You can do a urine analysis to get checked for urinary tract infection. You can use Bactrim as primary drug uses for simple UTI. Take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for pain and fever. Use cranberry juice or tea for disinfection.
