What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Palpitations?

symtoms are malaise,tired,fatigue--even after sleeping well,headache, heart throb, weakness, muscular pain,nausea,growling stomach followed by diarrhea,pressure in the top of my head-----Have been trated with antibiotics and steroids and symptoms remain and are intermittent.HELP!!! I am rarely sick---what can be wrong in my body-----sometimes feel shakey inside.

Looks like stress,
U have to take treatment for stress if it is dear.
Antibiotics and steroids will only make things bad for you.
