What Causes Fatigue Along With Delay In Menstrual Bleeding?

After not having my period for approximately two years. As of Monday 4/3/17 I am experiencing my period again or at least it appears to be my period. I am always tired/sleepy; will be 55 next month. I don't feel this should be happening. Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Hi, I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. to rule out any cervical pathology. Also get a ultrasound done to see the endometrial thickness. If it is more than 4 mm, you may need endometrial biopsy to rule out any endometrial pathology. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
