Pediatrician 's  Response
This can be a normal response during exercise or during increased physical activity. Arrhythmia is a condition of heart with abnormal rhythms which can be diagnosed with ECG. Some structural or acquired heart diseases may also present as such symptoms. Hyper thyroid children can also have palpitation. It will be better that you show your child to a doctor to rule out any abnormal conditions.
