What Causes Faster Heart Beat, Difficulty In Concentration And Shaking In Tongue?
i am having this problem.When i talk to someone my breath gets heavy and my heart starts beating so fast that i can hear it also my tongue starts shaking and the words which i am going to say got mingled i can't concentrate on anything. please help me with that .. Is it because of depression or what ?
