What Causes Fast Heartbeats With Losing Of Air For 3 Seconds?

Hello there, good evening. I have a concern about my health. You see I don t know how to explain it, because it happens rarely a year. My heart starts to beat irregularly rapid fast I lose air for 3 seconds and then I am back to normal. I am conscious the whole time it only lasts 3 seconds. And I have with this symptom since I was in 8th grade in 2008 right now I am 20 and have not taken importance until now that I actually pressed my hand against my heart and felt the rapid speed it was pumping. Any ideas what this might be

You may be suffering from episodic arrhythmia which lead to insufficient pumping of blood lead to breathing difficulty. Please consult your cardiologist he will check for HOCM or arrhythmia by each or echo. Then treat you accordingly.
