What Causes Fast Heartbeat, Dizziness And Shaking After Chemotherapy?
I am in my third round of chemo for uterine cancer, things have went well but suddenly I am having a fast heartbeat with dizziness and shaking. I also take thyroid medicine but it has been controlled well for 5+ years. I take a vit b complex to help the neuropathy and d3. The heart rate is staying at 100 but BP is 115 /85

The heart rate is a bit elevated and this can't be related to chemiotherapy but can be related to thyroid issues.
You should recheck the thyroid function. Using atenolol may be needed to stabilize it.
