What Causes Fast Heart Beats, Dizziness And Urge To Urinate?
I am having multiple symptoms . The doctor tells me its anxiety. I am not convinced. My sx are racing heart , dizzy, urgency to urinate or have a bm. I can not fall asleep and stay asleep. Some facial twitching also but not as frequent. I am a smoker and social drinker. I have had labs done and show a low vitamin D level. Do you think these symptoms are anxiety or is it possible that I have some kind of GI/IBS issue?

I strongly think that you are suffering from generalised anxiety syndrome which presents as difficulty in concentrating,palpitation,perspiration,pounding heart and dizziness.
Please see a psychiatrist for drug treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy.
