What Causes Fainting And Ringing In Ear After Intense Orgasm?

Hello I recently had a very intense orgasm and passed out afterward. I had what felt luke pressure in my head and my ears, it was hard to hear and there was ringing. about two minutes later I passed out. It has never happened before. Is this something to worry about?

As you mentioned you have problem of ringing in ear problem that may be because of more wax build up in ear or ear injury or eustasian tube problem or ear infection or other reasons.

Consult a ENT specialist for clinical examination of ear.
Otoscopy examination of ear give exact idea about problems.
Treat underling cause.
Antihistamines and decongestant help.
Avoid loud music listening.
Not pay attention to ringing sound..ingnor it.
