What Causes Face And Scalp Pain On The Left Side Of Head?

I am having face and scalp pain on the left side of my head for about 2 weeks. Some time there is a shooting sharp paint to my left ear. Should I see a neurologist for the drug tegretol? My neighbor has had similar symptoms, that was the diagnoses for him.

It is always better to see specialist to exclude any persistent problem and get treatment for that.

However such type of pains are covered in Ayurveda under SHIRSHOOL.. One general remedy is to give 'Shirshooladi vajra ras' + Godanti+ Prawal Pishti + Guduchi satv for few weeks and instill Shadbindu oil in nostrils once a day.
