General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The excess perspiration like yeast odor can be part of hyper functioning of sweat glands due to underlying endocrine disorder involving sympathetic and parasympathetic system control, metabolic derangement of amino acids or others. He must get a detailed evaluation with expert physician to look into the matter, get necessary lab tests done for future guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
