My 83 year old mother who had a stroke7 years ago recently fell and broke her C1, C3and L1 she is in a rehab center 200 miles from me so I am not right there and when I talk to her she is extremely groggy they say she sleeps all day could this be lack of oxygen to her brain?Or what could cause this?
