What Causes Extreme Vaginal Dryness And Tight Perineum Post Ovarian Cyst Removal?
Hi im a 34 yr old,mother of 2.Im on petogen injection had an ovarian cyst last year but was surgically removed,my problem is that i now have chronic vaginal dryness,my perineum feels unelastic as it feel like it can tear during sexual intercouse and lost my libido,i dont know whats wrong with me.....pls assist i really need to get to the bottom of this!

Please clarify with your surgeon whether he has removed your ovaries or not.
Second, tight perineum may be the result of surgical procedure.
So better consult, your operating surgeon.
