What Causes Extreme Redness And Pain In The Eye?
My eye is extremely red. Not like pink eye, no itching, goopy discharge. This is different feels like a red hot poker in my eye. Feels so inflamed and any light is searing.wore sunglasses all day even in my house.i notice I keep my eye shut and not aware of it. It weeps a lot but clear, hurts to blink. Any ideas?

you are having allergic conjunctivitis and having photo-phobia. avoid going out and looking at sun take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg in morning. apply Cromal eye drop three times daily
