What Causes Extreme Pain In The Hands And The Wrist?
I have excruciating pain on inside of hands b the pain even the slightestelow the first joint. Preasure brings on more the pain, even the slightest. Last week it was more so the ring finger and now the fore finger. It s weird but it hurts. Been workinf with my hands all my life, Chef.

We have to rule out possible causes like carpel tunnel syndrome.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If pain persists you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
